Telegram Bot

@iDeliverfastbot is the IDeliver merchant bot on Telegram. Once linked to your account, you can dispatch orders, check your wallet, and track deliveries without opening a browser.

Linking your account

Log in to the merchant dashboard .
Go to Settings → Connect Telegram.
Click the deep link — it opens @iDeliverfastbot in Telegram.
Send /start in the chat. Your account is now linked.

The bot will confirm your business name and you can start dispatching immediately.

Dispatching an order

Just describe your order in plain language. The AI understands natural language:

Deliver a birthday cake to 14 Awolowo Road, Ikoyi. Customer is Amara on 08011122233.

Or use the structured template for the fastest results:

The AI will confirm the order summary and wait for your approval before dispatching a rider.

Available commands

Ordering & tracking

Command	What it does
`/help`	Show the order template and full command list
`/quote [address]`	Get a delivery price estimate without dispatching a rider
`/track`	Get the status of your last order
`/history`	View your last 5 deliveries with status
`/cancel`	Clear the current order draft and start fresh

The bot replies with the estimated fare and distance. Share this with your customer before confirming dispatch.

Finance

Command	What it does
`/balance`	View your current wallet balance
`/topup`	Get a direct link to add funds via Paystack
`/summary`	Today’s delivery stats: total, completed, in progress, cancelled

Zones & pricing

Command	What it does
`/zones`	See all active pricing zones and current surge status

The /zones output uses colour indicators:

🟢 Normal — standard fare
🟡 Surge — 1.1× to 1.4×
🔴 Peak — 1.5× and above

Account

`/settings`	View your business name, default pickup address, and KYB status
`/support`	Open a support ticket and connect with the human dispatch team

Getting a price before dispatching

/quote is your most powerful pre-dispatch tool. Use it to:

Quote a customer on WhatsApp before creating the order
Check if surge pricing is active for a specific destination
Compare routes — run two /quote commands with different destinations

Account verification (KYB)

Before the AI bot processes any orders, your account must be verified. If you see a verification message, complete your KYB at:

merchant.ideliver.ng/settings/verification

Disconnecting the bot

To unlink your Telegram account, go to Settings → Connect Telegram in the merchant dashboard and click Disconnect.
